Customer Training

After investing in one of the most powerful security management systems available, the next step would be to ensure that you and your control room operators get the most out of it.

To achieve the highest return on investment for your new alarm monitoring system Bold offers a range of off-the-shelf and tailored training courses, covering system operation, configuration and administration. We also offer “train the trainer” programmes to enable you to run your own, on-going operational training in-house.

Bold Training Packages

We employ professional trainers who are able to develop specific training programmes, according to the needs of the client or project.

Customer training is designed to be comprehensive and intensive, ensuring your operators have a sound understanding of all the functionality available, and can work quickly and efficiently in a busy control room environment.

Partner Training

Our partner training program provides all the information needed to ensure your clients get the most out of one of our control room systems. Whether you are a consultant, alarm installer or DVR manufacturer, we can provide short, sharp training sessions designed to arm you with all the information required to help sell an end-to-end solution to your customers.

Online Training

We want our customers to get the most out of their Gemini system. To help this process, Bold’s online customer training program comprises once-monthly half-hour training sessions for up to 25 participants.

As a part of an existing Gemini support package, the sessions are offered to our customers to give them the opportunity to refresh their skills on certain aspects of the system, or to introduce new operators to the software.
