Customer Training

We offer a range of off-the-shelf and tailored training courses, covering system operation, configuration and administration. We also offer “train the trainer” programmes to enable you to run your own, on-going operational training in-house.

We employ professional trainers who are able to develop specific training programmes, according to the needs of the client or project.

Bespoke Software Development

Although our alarm management systems are designed to meet most needs “out of the box”, we recognise that some requirements are unique and in such cases we can write specific add-in applications, communications drivers, gateways and other utilities to ensure that your needs can be fully met.
