Delivery

We will aim to dispatch items within three working days of order (subject to stock and payment authorization).

All items (except the BoldGuard) will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery (next day before 1pm service) at a cost of £10 per item. The BoldGuard is dispatched by TNT on a next day delivery service, at a cost of £20 per item. All prices exclude VAT. Please note: both items dispatched by TNT and Royal Mail will require a signature on delivery.

We regret we are only able to accept orders from, and can only dispatch orders to, UK destinations. Please note we are also unable to ship to PO Boxes.

To help protect our customers from fraudulent activity, we are only able to ship goods to the cardholder's billing address.

Returns

For details on how to return an item, and to obtain an RMA number, please email support2@boldcommunications.co.uk.

We will refund items under the following conditions:

a. We have shipped you a different item to the one you ordered

b. The item is faulty due to defective workmanship

Consideration will be given to return of products for any other reasons if returned in their original packaging. A product handling fee may be applied.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note: Buyer is responsible for return of goods to our technical department. Refunds will be of item value only - we cannot refund any postage costs. Items must be suitably packaged to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
