New technical office and Operations Manager for Bold Communications

Bold Communications is pleased to announce the relocation of its Technical Department from Taunton to our new location in Exeter. The new premise accommodates a combination of offices, warehouses, a workshop and Bold’s rapidly expanding Software Development section. Being located just off the M5, Junction 5 and in close proximity of Exeter’s International Airport allows for excellent communication and distribution facilities. A full demonstration suite is available at this site for presenting Bold’s software and communication products line up. 

We are also pleased to introduce some new members of the Bold team at Exeter including UK Operations Manager, Simon Lobb. Simon, previously employed with Numatic International as a Network and Telecoms Analyst, will have overall responsibility for the implementation of new projects as well as management of the engineering team who deliver Bold’s 24/7 technical support. Simon will be bringing his extensive experience of handling major complex network projects with Numatic to Bold’s central station systems business. Core to his role will be ensuring implementations of Bold’s new integrated management software Gemini, keeping pace with demand from the central station market sector. 

Simon commented: “It isn’t so often that you find a company with a such an innovative new product backed up by so many years experience in the industry and with such an established customer base. It all makes for an exciting period in the company’s development and I am very pleased to be working with Bold and their customers.” 

The new team and office at Exeter will both play a vital role in maintaining the Company’s commitment to providing high quality, total turn-key solutions to its valued clients. Bold now looks forward to working with those clients from the new and improved site with high expectations that it fuel further success for the company.
