BOLD OPERATOR TRAINING – CORE
integrated thinking, total control
This is the core operator training module, focussed on practical application of Gemini’s core processes for alarm handling and incident management, with an emphasis on relevant knowledge and skills specified in the NOS for remote monitoring. No theory or technical stuff, just the “what”, “how” and “”why” of operating the system, with plenty of hands-on exercises and relevant discussion.
The course is available as a half day intensive or a one day practitioner version. The one day course is highly recommended for all operators, unless migrating from Mini Bold or Bold 7 systems. The additional time allows for more practical exercises and scenarios.
Delegates who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate, endorsed by Skills for Security.

▪ Gemini desktop familiarisation
▪ Alarm queue, layout and operations
▪ Alarm handling in detail, including various scenarios
▪ Customer search and introduction to customer records
▪ Customer activity logs and reports*
▪ Engineer on test
*This course does not cover management reporting in any detail as this is included on the system administration course.
