Bold’s Gemini new CCTV monitoring platform release includes new integrations and features to enhance the monitoring control room user experience and provide actionable intelligence for CCTV alarm event handling.

The Gemini platform filters and processes video enabling operators to direct their attention to genuine activations, minimising the resources needed in the monitoring control room.  The software is continuously updated – the only real world way to deliver futureproof technology.

New CCTV system interfaces have been added – March Networks, which operates in government, retail, education and banking sectors, amongst others,  Mirasys VMS and Hanwha Techwin, formerly Samsung, and Crow visual verification – along with updating existing Milestone and Hikvision interfaces.

Gemini can be deployed in the cloud or on local servers as required.  New features in the latest release include – direct camera import to avoid manually adding cameras manually and rekeying descriptions, camera views and alarm zones integration, site polling, batch contacts editing, SMS dynamic messaging and broadcasts, and intelligent alarm signalling processing to minimise duplicate and false alarms.
